Prey Drive have announced their first EP on Lockjaw Records, Neon God, which will be released late May. To commemorate, they’ve also released the first single from it alongside a video. ‘O.M.G.’ is a bit of a mysterious video, but don’t worry, all will be explained in the following two releases, as it forms part of a trilogy.
Vocalist Bradley Smith says of the new track, “Sometimes you have good days, sometimes you have bad days. This is about putting a brave face on it and hiding how you are really feeling in tough times. Trying to find a good place in your mind and trying to not bring others down around you. It’s about that deception and creating a false image of yourself for others to see. Sometimes it’s just so difficult and you have to just focus on the little things that bring joy into your life.”
