Post-hardcore band Young Misery release new video

29 Jun, 2021

After recently releasing their EP, In Case Things Stay Like This, atmospheric post-hardcore band, Young Misery are back with a video for one of the tracks from it. ‘Pulling Me Under’ consists of their dark, ambient guitar tones with a taste of early 2000s music.

“We chose to write this song for reasons of feeling depleted after so many failed attempts of reaching our goals. Specifically, “guiding me further from all that I know, this currents not bringing me home” is expressing how we are constantly battling things that are challenging our patience & capabilities. Basically, saying that we can either roll over & allow ourselves to drown or stay focused & push through to get to the brighter side.
