International Tiger Day: 5 bands to roar about

It’s International Tiger Day and to celebrate we’ll be studying several in their natural environment. Grab your binoculars, keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle at all times and enjoy.

Tigers Jaw

First stop, Scranton, Pennsylvania where we’ll find four emo rock tigers. The band have recently signed to Hopeless Records and they’re currently working on music that’ll most likely turn into a shiny new album later this year.

Good Tiger

Good Tiger prepare themselves for the release of their third album, Raised In A Doomsday Cult. It follows on from their impressive 2018 album We Will All Be Gone with a slight change in direction whilst still retaining those Circa Survive reminiscent vocals.

SkyTigers

Next stop on the Tigers tour sees us visiting hardcore band, SkyTigers. Having released Eulorgy fairly recently, the band’s keeping Massachusets on their toes with their brutal blend of hardcore.

Smalltown Tigers

Found in Italy, grazing on a diet of the punk that so clearly influences them, this trio combines a touch of Ramones and Blondie and turns it all the way up to eleven. They’ve recently released their debut album, Five Things.
