Set to headline Download Pilot Festival this weekend, the iconic metalcore band doesn’t stop there. Bullet For My Valentine have also announced their forthcoming, and seventh, self-titled album, set for release later this year, with a brand-new song. ‘Knives’ seems to herald a new era of Bullet by taking things back to their roots in an aggressive, yet melodic way.
“This is the beginning of Bullet 2.0,” says vocalist and lead guitarist Matt Tuck. “It signifies where we are right now. The music is fresh, it’s aggressive, it’s more visceral and passionate than it’s ever been.”
